I've got a quick question. I'm going to start some outdoor growing this coming April, and am planning every move in advance, to make sure I get everything done in time (don't want to miss the season again!). I would like to start the plants out indoors, under some low-intensity fluorescent lighting and was wondering how many weeks/months I should let them grow -- or what height they should get to, etc -- before transplanting them outdoors. i wouldnt bother with the lights..unless you used propper grow lights..if you where serious you would want at least a 400w metal halide but if thats a bit too much for you to fork out i wouldnt bother..just start them early inside in a good sunny spot by the window..
