i have unlimited space for my plants, but i need to harvest by the middle of may because im moving. ik i have a while before i need to but i wanna plan ahead. when should i switch to 12/12 to ensure that i have enough time? i have a g-13 hybrid, og kush, bubble kush and wonder diesel. any help is appreciated.
they are only 2 weeks old or so. there under 2x 40 watt floros 5x 27 watt daylight clfs and 1x 42 watt warm white clf. they are on 18/6 right now
generally you'll want 8 to 9 weeks for flowering for indicas, and another 10 days to hang dry before you bottle and cure, so whip out your calendar and just mark that many weeks off and there you go.
ok thanks. if they arent quite done and i harvested them a little early how much is it going to hurt thr yeild? would it be worth it to cut them a little short on vegging to ensure more time to flower?
yes, veg until you can do a COMPLETE flower, you can get higher quality bud based on your last few weeks of proper flowering. well worth it to short your plants on veg time.
Yeah, if you have to take them down early, try and determine that now and take the time out of the veg cycle, not the flower cycle. You could throw away a ton of potency by taking time off the end of the flower cycle.
