Been veg-ing for about 4-5 weeks...I am not sure when I am supposed to switch over to 12/12...I want it to stay small and bushy which is why I am training it. Any ideas? Suggestions? How tall is the plant and how much bud do you want. Most people on this site say at least 12 inches. I did mine at 17 inches or so.
Look at the pics. Although this thread seems like it would be more suited for the "General Growing" or even the "Absolute Beginners" section. She doesn't look ready to me. Not for my needs anyway. Average plant height is between 12" and 4' before blooming. If the plant is old enough it'll often show its' sex in the form of pre-flowers before switching to 12/12, signaling that it's ready to flower. When to flower is also subject to pot/container size. Also, most plants will about double in size after switching photo-periods.
