Do you mean you've already planted your seeds and they've sprouted? If so get light on them ASAP. If you mean your seeds just germinated then plant them 1/4 - one inch deep. You can put light on it right away or wait for it to sprout then put light on it. Just make sure it doesn't get too cold if you wait to add the light.
