like if its above ground and the 2 round leaves and 2 rigged leaves show, do u start watering until there is run off? i know you water when like 2 inches of soil is dry, but when it is, do u pour alot of water until run off? or just like 200ml of water?
Yes, now is the time to start the wet/dry cycle. And yes, when you do water do so thoroughly until runoff, you want to saturate the soil and then no more water until the soil dries out a bit. Remember that you cannot overwater in a single watering -- there's only so much the soil can hold, and all the more you pour in will just run out the bottom. Overwatering happens when you water too frequently, keeping the soil constantly moist and suffocating the roots.

No need to water a bunch just around the sprout a bit, do not soak the whole container when the plants roots barely fill it up
