When is the soonest I could walk into a 7/11 and buy marijuana? In CO and WA.........

    I want to know when the earliest that marijuana sold for recreational use will be available in Colorado or Washington. Where will this marijuana be sold? Will it be like anyone could just go to a gas station or 7/11 or Walmart and buy weed? How is this going to work out? Is it just for CO and WA residents or anyone over 21? And if they do allow people from out of state, where would they consume it?
