I dont quite understand man, what do you mean? like people are talking about a certain subject using certain words but you hear them saying different things talking about different stuff?

No but I have conversations with myself. Like one time, I was fishing at the neighborhood pond baked as fuck and this guy was working on his garden across the pond. Just earlier that day my dad ran over my motoryclce and I was remembering how loud I yelled at him to stop. But what I didnt realize is that I was actually starting to yell it out loud. The neighbor thought I was a real cockjew.
