I planted my seedlings in plastic cups, 3.5" diameter, 5" tall? When should I move them to their permanent pots (3 gallon grow bags). thanks for your help
You´re going to use grow bags?? They contain ´forest products´ - or peat - and very little else. Sure you will get some yield, but you could do so much better.
The ones I have are like thick trash bags, black on the inside, white on the outside, holes already in them.
