When do I put the wind on them?

  1. At what point do I want an Oscillating fan going on my plants?

They're 3-4 inch clones, roots have developed an inch or more out past the rockwool cubes. It's a little warm in the room ( 80-85 ) & I was wondering if I should put a fan on them?

I already have air circulating in the room, but I've avoided placing any wind directly in their path.

  2. Not an expert or anything but i have done my fair share of research. I heard that if you have a fan on your little ones it makes the stem stronger right? well in the beginning you also have to have your humidity around 80%. So if its taking away from your humidity, no fan for the first week. Im keeping my room humid by hanging wet towels. My little ones just sprouted and i put the fan on them...heres a pic at 2 days old

  3. YEP. soon as they come out of the humidity dome, i put the fan on them.

  4. I would right away.
My plant has been under pretty good wind since it started.
It blows the plant around but the stock is literally like a tree at the bottom.

  5. the fan doesnt have to blow directly on them, it can bounce of a wall first to be gentler. You want the leaves to flutter in a breeze, not hang on for dear life.;)

  6. Yeah. I like to beat my women though ;).
