Okay, so I work as an inbound customer service representative for Verizon, and people call in expecting me to go through their billing for errors....but they don't know their fucking number....now people who just got the number or changed their number is understandable but shit majority of people that call in have no fucking idea. /end rant

thats understandable atleast you know where to look for it, but most people...holy fuck...and then if they dont know their number the only other way we'll be able to find an account is by the MEID number, any of ya'll know where to find that?

Pretty stupid thing to feel embarrassed about IMO I don't know my number because I don't tell people my number. If I'm exchanging info with somebody I almost always get their number and then just send them my contact info
OP people are stupid no matter what people will do this all the time. When I worked at a help desk people would always call sayying I forgot my password.... Alot of the time the same people too
I have two numbers, one from work and one for myself. I don't see why it's hard for people to keep just one phone number in order.
