I don't know, I've had a lot of problem with my body image since I'm 14 because I thought I was fat. I don't remember exactly what was my weight as a teenager but I don't think I was that overweight tho, just slightly fat. Unfortunately I've started to feel that way again and I think it's mostly because all of my friends are like suuuper skinny but at the same time I know I'm kind of fat too. (I'm a 19 yo girl ~5'5 and 126 lbs) I've had problems with binge eating/anorexia before and I'm scared I'll start starving myself again because I hate my body right now. Lol that's terrible, but seriously a picture of some sort would help out, because you know everyone holds weight differently, but from what you said, I don't imagine you being fat in the least! Edit, I saw your post on the abs thread. You're totally fine, from a dudes perspective you look like you have a body that looks good!
Pictures ain't that good I kind of look skinny but my thights are way bigger irl pics are fucking weird. I mean I feel the fat moving when I'm walking I'm not an anorexic psycho hahaha Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
I don't think you are fat but dr sheldon is right, it IS entirely subjective. It's all about your perception of yourself. But your comment about anorexia was a little bit insensitive to be honest. edit: I see you struggled with eating problems too, but it's still an insensitive comment even if it's about yourself. Words like 'pyscho' are why there are negative connotations associated with mental illnesses like anorexia and bulimia. Look after yourself, hope you find peace with your body. A life with an ED is no life at all.
that is perfectly normal, you have nothing to worry about. keep eating your vegetables and stay hydrated.
god it must be so hard being a woman. Honestly you look in no way shape or form fat!! Who is telling you that? You can always weigh less but for who. And what purpose ? Being healthy isn't a number like the doc said it's all perspective I suppose subjective fuck u iphone I spelledthay shit right
Easy, start running and/or squating weights. Not even very long, maybe 45 minutes a day. you'll start to notice the "feeling the fat move when I walk" feeling slowly disappear. And if you're worried about "looking too muscley", don't. It's not that easy to get that big that it'd be that noticable. Trust us guys that TRY. Lol. That comes with lots of work and also lots of eating directed towards that type of body.
You might have an eating disorder homie. I know you called anorexia people psychos only because it's relatable to you and you want to be on the complete opposite side of that, but you are skinny. You have no worries. It's just your brain making you feel chubby. And trust me, I know. I know about feeling the jiggle that isn't there. I mean well, I do.. You are thin. You look perfect, don't change a thing. Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
When you start to look like the chicks that live around my area! But seriously, I think fatness is as much of a mentality/lifestyle as it is a BMI classification. Take these pictures into mind: Skinny[ectomorphic,so he's healthy]: Average: Buttertub Chub! I hate to hear you felt the need to torture yourself like that. All for the sake of measuring up to an unrealistic ideal? You have to remember rich fucks are making money off people's insecurites [ex: fashion, diet pills, cleanses and low-calorie foods that'll make you too thin for your body type]. You're pretty slim for your body type and you're fine as long as you function well and enjoy yourself. I used to be uncomfortable with myself until I remembered why I felt the way I did. Then I remembered why I was so much happier as a kid. When I was a kid I was free. You're freer than you think, so act upon that idea and you'll gradually shed your worries.
