Simple enough question, I would like to add that smoking weed does not count. My hobby is gardening and growing all kinds of obscure and psychoactive plants. Its just so cool to smoke some wierd blend of herbs, get messed up, and say "Wow, I grew this" Yeah, I also recently took up the guitar.
Learning.... seriously. I have an avid curiosity of the natural science; physics, biology, astronomy, cosmology, and to a lesser extent; chemistry. I do lots and lots of reading. I've been meaning to start making a habit out of attending lectures too, but haven't yet. I also love reading and learning about subjects such as anthropology and political sciences. I also dig hiking and camping. It's not a huge hobby, but I spend probably 3 or 4 weeks every year in the bush, living out of a tent or cabin. I'm also a little bit of a video game nerd... I dunno if that is a hobby or just something to blow my money on.
If I'm not smoking more likely than not I'm reading a book or crocheting a blanket for someone, just made a pillow for my cat in a day. I also go driving, and I mean a LOT. I go at least like 4k miles a month, my friends and I cruise around the state all day when we're bored.
I hear Rasta on learning. Im always reading new shit and learning new things. Today taught myself the notes on a piano and how to play some of the basic melodys. My main 'hobby' is music. Producing/Writing/Choppin N Screwin.
i can play the piano but i havent in like a couple years my hobbie would probably be working on my jeep and going offroading i just like being outdoors basically
like rasta, i'm an autodidact. I can't get enough of craming info into my brain. i think sites like wikipedia, although not always the most accurate, with its ability connect many different types of information together has been a great thing for auto learners. theres always another link, another subject to look at. from there i've found so many books and authors to further my understanding. since i do art for a living i can't really say that even though its what i like to and can do best, but wood carving is something i do for pure enjoyment. I had to come in just now after gouging a nice chunk out of my thumb. hiking, playing guitar and to a lesser degree now, playing video games round out the rest of my hobbies
I'm pretty much as much of an introvert you can get, so I don't get out much. But I enjoy reading. Yeah, I'd have to say books are as close to a hobby as it gets for me. But that's not a bad thing, no no no I really get into some books. Usually the same day as I finish one book is the same day I start another, and I really like that.
music and mixing/dj'ing (house, electro, trance, hardstyle, rap) being outside (hiking, just being outside in general) watching the atl braves and dallas mavs yehh
i work 70 + hours every week,,, i really dont have time for too many hobbies,,,, i like getting on the moto-scotter,,,, and taking a long ride,, just letting the wind blow thru my hair,,, and letting the worries of the world fade behind me..... i guess my hobbie right now could be,,,, learning how to work this computer better,,,, im a lot better now than when i first joined this forum,,,,, in 2 yrs. i can now post a picture,,, o.k. '' im a slow learner''
My Hobbies: Hiking/camping/exploring the outdoors Boating- just my small 10' fiberglass used to explore Gardening- I try to grow as much of my own food as possible Reading-just getting into this, I hated reading before. hmmmm, I'm sure there are more- but those are the main ones for now. If/When I think of any more I'll post them in an edit.
Lets see I don't have many hobbies,but the ones I do have conists of this... Musicroducing,mixing,writing.I don't bother learning music notes I just memorize keys then make a beat.....No samples though,I think thats just another form of plagerism Knowledge:I like learning what more can I say,it's kinda infectious if you tell me.I learn better from people,expecially people from this forum.I learned everything from the basic sciences to basic social skills.You shoulda seen me when I first joined,another ignorant bufoon.I mainly focus on learning conspicracy theories for now,when i find the truth(which I'm getting pretty close too) I'll go to school to take crash couses on Quantum Mechanics and Chemistry,everything else is null and void in my opinion. Money:I love money,and I know how to get it,home business's are the way to go.I know alot of people hate on 50 Cent,but he just sold his water company to Coca Cola for a billion plus dollars.....He's my idle..... Gardening:I love gardening of course,when I move out first thing I'm doing is building an indoor garden and growing some shrooms,might even grow some other psycadellics.Outside I plan on being self sufficient,growing everything I can... Food:I'm surprised nobody put this up here,I love food since I alittle kid I've been a hungry little fucker.I love going grocery shopping,but I hate cooking.Hopefully when I get a girlie or a wifey she can cook me lasghna and pie's and shit. Health:I don't consider myself a health nut,but I'm getting there.I recently just stopped drinking soda and beer,just water and gatorade for me.I don't work out though cause I'm lazy,just one of my Vices. Entertainment:I love to entertain myself,from movies to video games.I'm more of a cartoon/Comedy man myself,but I like a good action or drama flick now and again.Video game wise,I'm all RPG's,give me FF7-10 and I won' tlave the house for ages.
