Whats your favorite name for cannabis?

    I prefer the term green. I used to like the name hash but that gets confusing when people think you mean hashish. I don't like pot because it sounds kind of negative in a way. When you say weed people think you're trying to be a "Gangsta" and its also kind of over used. Marijuana just takes to long to say. (I really sound like a pothead when I say that don't I?) Ganja seems a little belittling to Rastafari people when you use it in a non-religious sense. So what is your favorite nickname for your favorite plant?

    mostly i say bud. but sometimes after smoking a bowl with some friends, ill randomly say i love pot. so i guess both

    I usually call it bud, but ill occasionally call it weed, green, or trees

    I agree with saying "pot" being negative in a sense...its kinda the word everyone who doesnt smoke uses

    I agree about calling it pot.

    ex: "hey man wanna smoke some pot?" ----that sounds retarded and lame....

    or

    EX: " hey man wanna blaze some green?"----sounds much better IMO

    or the politically correct way: "hey wanna do some illegal drugs? then we can go crazy and not be fit for society"

    Bud is what i call it. I also call it ganja sometimes when im really stoned. Whenever me and my homies are in dire need of weed I usually say Ive gotta go call the EMS. The EMS is my emergency marijuana supply.

    when ever i try to say bud on my phone its a razr (slider) it always changes it to say budwick and it makes me so mad.

    I like marijuana and ganja, because they're such "exotic" words. But in daily talking, we call it monk. Don't ask why, it's a long story...
