Tie between boiling water and Ice water. Other options have never been as good as pure water but ones that aren't bad are... snow hot herbal tea (like chai or mint teas) and nothing else

I generally like to start out with a few ounces of some light pomegranate juice, sprinkle in a few drops of lemon, steep a nice calming tea in there for a bit, shove it in the fridge for 2 hours, then pour into my bong. OMG SO GOOD!!! /sarcasm ... water Also, WORST liquid award goes to 50/50 lemonade/vodka mix, which I once smoked 12 poppers through in a sesh with 4 guys. We wasted a lot of vodka changing that "water"...
