Whats Your Best Smoothie Recipie?

  1. For me, the combination of banana and mango is not only good, but also a healthy one. It provides calcium, fiber protein and vitamins B and C that is good for our body.

     
  2. My go to is 3-4 big handfuls of kale, 1/2-3/4 of a cucumber, broccoli, a scoop of protein powder, frozen blueberries/pineapple/strawberries, and coconut water.
    I am not sure if all those foods are safe for pregnant women, but it tastes delicious and is pretty damn healthy.
