What's wrong with this plant?

  1. Need help diagnosing this deficiency - see pics.

    Background info:

This plant has been indoors at night under a 25w T5, and outdoors in direct costal sun/clouds during the day to maintain veg cycle. Average temperature has been about 78 degrees and 75% humidity.

It has been fed general organics nutrients 2 times in the last 5 waterings (usually water once every 5 days). The feedings have been at 1000 PPM and PH of 5.75. It has been about 10 days since I last gave it nutrients.

As seen in the pictures, the symptoms are burnt tips, mild chlorosis, some dark spots on the leaves, and overall pretty sluggish growth. This plant has been vegging for about 6 weeks of outside during the day and inside under a light at night.

What do you think it needs?
