What's wrong with my plants?

    First time grower here, and I'm a little over a week in. So I've been meticulous with these plants and giving them the exact same care. Have only watered them twice so far. One of these gals is looking incredible, the other two on the other hand are very meagre. What is going on?

    Well your medium is looking a little dry in two of the pictures...but you know your watering better than I do. They look fine. There's just some slight variations between them is all.

    Thanks for the input! Was a little concerned since the first one is 200-300% bigger than the other two. The other two have leaves that look slightly wilted, and I figured that might have something to do with it. They seem to be somewhat stunted since the very beginning though.

    I use biobizz all-mix (All•Mix® – BioBizz)
    In terms of hydration, I've read that it's best to wait until watering until the first inch of soil is dry and even when the plants start showing minor symptoms of dehydration. They have been fine until now and it's been almost a week since I watered. My PH pen broke though so now I have to wait until I get a new one to water?

    Just phenotypes mate. Unless they were all "identical triplets" then it might be something to worry about. No two plants grow the same, to an extent.:)

    I see. It's just the differences between them is remarkable, I was pretty worried there was something wrong with them. Thanks for the input guys :)
