What type of soil is that? What type of lights you using? Don't water it too much. Make sure the pot has holes on the bottom for drainage. Get a fan in the room. Don't fertilize it yet. :Edit: Forget the light question I looked up all your posts. Your CFL light bar is way to high. All CFL lights should be about 3 inches from the tops/sides of your plants.
