What's wrong with my plant, droopy yellowing.

This plant is about 25 days old. It's been starting to droop for the last 3 days, so I transplanted into a bigger pot 2 days ago. The lower leaves are yellowing with brown small brown spots. It has a 23 watt 5000k cfl on it at the moment and I fed it 10-15-10 about 3 days ago, the soil was still moist yesterday. As for fert, I should be using something higher in Nitrogen, that I recently found out, so I will get that tomorrow. Is there anything else that could be wrong with this plant? I also ordered two 105watt 5000K cfls for its veg and flower cycle (will supplement with 80 watts of 3100k during flowering). Should this be ok?
