    Many of the true medical strains are low in psycho active thc and higher in CBD and other cannabanoids which provide medical properties without the "high" feeling. Perhaps you thought by taking a higher grade medical bud that it would be more psycho active? If you want psycho active effects steer clear of most true medical strains.
