just sharing a thought, i was looking at seasoned tokers and the whole first page was threads that had been there a while, with others that have been deleted. are all of the relevant threads already in seasoned tokers? like, theres no new threads, just like 5+ page threads
Yuppers. Too many people just don't understand what that forum is for. "Been puffin' for a while? This spot is for our truly experienced smokers. If you're a seasoned toker, please share your vast knowledge of the herb and discuss your adventures with Mary Jane in this forum with other seasoned tokers." It's not for threads asking questions about weed, or how to get away with smoking in your parents house, or pointless threads talking about "omg i just smoked like 18 blunts in 3 mins n im so f%^#ing high rite now". A lot of people mistakenly believe that because they want seasoned tokers to answer their question, they should post it in there instead of Apprentice Tokers. Also not true.
Exactly this ^^ I mean we do not need threads about * Getting little brother high * What's in your pocket * Movies to watch while high * Having red eyes as probable cause Those were the last four that were deleted. Seriously
oh i understand why it is the way it is i just wish there were new relevant threads being made, i will of course make them when i think of relevant ones lol
In truth, I don't think it's meant to be an incredibly active forum. It's more like a little place where our older folks who have been smoking for a while can get together and reminisce about back in the day when they had to walk 5 miles to school barefoot in the snow, uphill both ways, while smoking joints rolled with dinosaur skin. I'm exaggerating, but you know what I mean.
I have a suggestion. Perhaps renaming Apprentice to something more relevant to what you want in there... "Questions and fun stuff" (not the best category name but you see my point. Seasoned Tokers could be named "Experiences of those who've toked for ten years or over." Anyway... perhaps more clarification is needed.
Yeah, that's one of the suggestions that's been brought up before. We're aware that some changes need to be made, and something like that may be what ends up happening. We'll just have to wait and see.
