what's up with my order?

    I have recieved the first "half" of my order, that being the screens and some cones, but I have not recieved the colored and fumed spoon which I was hoping to get some time ago...
    Was wondering if someone could look into that for me? I'd appreciate it. I would really like to continue shopping here for all my smoking needs, but only if I can be confident that the expensive items in my order will arrive in a reasonable amount of time.
     
  2. Have you submitted a support request at the Shop? If not, you need to do that. I'll forward this to SJ but you might not get a response until after the holiday. He will definitely check into it though.
     
  3. Some times glass pieces take longer to get... They are not shipped from the same place..


    Please be patient and SJ will let you know!
