    Are you using nutes with every watering? If so, don't. Flush with plain water for 2 or 3 waterings.

    Nute burn .
    Its ok to feed every watering , and after you flush out all the nutes out of the soil you will need to again..
    Watch your new growth for signs of recovery . The burnt tips are here to stay now.

    A little nute burn and a few drops of nute spillage on the leaves I'd say.

    A cheap ppm meter is your friend and stop taking the advice off the nutrient bottle.
