yeah you are fine to grow if you keep it on the low.

  2. It's worse in Alabama.. cultivating anything 2.2 pounds or under is a 3 year mandatory minimum sentence

  3. Hah!

That is definitely one of the harsher penalties Ive seen, start focusing your energy on stealth, and not "what if" so there is a smaller chance of getting caught.

  4. Cultivation of marijuana is punishable by 5 - 30 years in prison and a fine up to $10,000. A conviction for manufacturing marijuana must include proof that the marijuana was being grown for a purpose other than the grower's personal use.

  5. I live in minnesota and i looked and it doesn't say anything about cultivation? What does that mean?

  6. that can be prooved by some ziploks in your kitchen man.

  7. Bump n31

    Question above

  8. bb5, play it safe, dont think about getting caught, think about how not to get caught, you need to focus your energy else where. If you truly wanted to, you could google the laws in your state, and although this is smart, you need to have the mind that your not going to because your setup is smart and assuring, catch me? Be smart!
Think about smell, light, environment, others, length of time, time you have to invest, smart covers.... everything. Your in the U.S. of A. So no matter what state your in, getting caught is bad.

  9. yeah im pretty sure this law anywhere stays the same

    don't get cought=no punishment..

  10. but still how would they be able to prove beyond a doubt that i was using it after cultivating for my personal use just a ziploc bag wouldnt make a case but rather circumstantial evidence

  11. a better question is how would you be able to prove that you were growing for personal use only?...they have more evidence against you then you do for you...i have heard of people putting up signs in their grow room saying it was for personal use...

  12. yea i think im just gunna start 20-40 seedling in the little red cups and then guerilla grow on a lake near my house in the woods

  13. keep it on state land, are you gonna put them in the ground, or are you gonna have them in buckets?

  14. I really dont like this f****in country 5-30 f***in years for a fuckin plant stick to low odor plants fellow blades and dont be f****in cheap with those f****in filters damn this got me f***in ticked off

  15. ground id show you where and give coordinates on google earth but since im in the US and this forum is probally monitored it would be a bad idea ill try to take pictures if i get a camera and when the leaves on trees come back ill go out on my boat and take a few pictures but the lake is like an excess of 250 acres and almost all of the land on it is forest or housing actuall i think the only thing that isnt is the loading ramp into the lake but a bunch of old people live on it so im ok in my opinion
