    What's the low down on this "SuperThrive" stuff?? Any advice??

    Its vitamins and plant hormones mostly. Some people swear by it, but in my opinion it really makes no difference. Quality medium, lights, and nutrients are much more important than most of the "snake oil" chemical amendments.

    Save your cash. Advanced Nutrients: Micro, Bloom, and Grow is the way to go IMO
