Whats the worst youve ever been scammed? bought a bag of oregano? paid 50 for a 20? It doesnt have to be weed related, just as long as its funny or meaningful. for me, i got scammed when i bought my first piece ever. i bought a glass spoon pipe. when i got home i tryed it out and i found out that theres an air bubble in the middle and it doesnt let in enough air. i lost 20 dollars and i was crushed, but i learned a valuable lesson. now whenever i go shopping for pieces, i always test them out before i buy them.
lol na, i guess i kinda made it sound like that. i dont smoke up, i just blow air into the piece to see how well it hits.
It's happened twice. First time, catnip (yeah, the shit that gets your cat stoned). I had bought a fucking quarter of catnip for $20 (you can buy like an oz for $5 at the grocery store). Second time was my first time buying "weight" (anything over a quarter). Now, this was freshman year of high school, and I wasn't too popular with the upperclassmen, but my bro since second grade was going with the dude to pick up the treefer. I gave em 90 for the oz ($80 for tree and the rest for gas). At the time I did not own a scale and I wasn't tight with anyone who did, but I will admit it looked a little light. Still, I wasn't gonna call him out unless I was sure (particularly since the upperclassmen in question wouldn't mind kicking my ass). This (along with the fact that he was being a total douche and asking me to buy from him and his upperclassmen friends so they could pinch when they were out of tree) kinda fucked up my friendship with my bro. After a while though, he started getting steady pussy from his gf and stopped hanging out with assholes. Then, he flat out told me they had both pinched a little more than an eighth from the bag. Me and him are still tight because he's genuinely sorry, but that was still fucked up. Sorry for long post, stoned and rambling
Never really been scammed. But my friend was gonna get a quad off my dealer, who always has REALLY good stuff. I called him up and he said he was reupping soon, and he'd give me a call. A few hours go by, and no call. My friend was getting pretty anxious, so I give my dealer a call just to see what was up. He gave me the whole, "yeah man, i know.. i'll drive by when I can" So I was like cool, he'll be here soon. A little longer goes by and my friend got tired of waiting, so he called up another dealer and went to pick up from him. Not even 10 minutes after my friend left, my dealer calls me and says he's coming through. I had to tell him not to because my friend went somewhere else, which made me look bad because I felt like I had been buggin' him. Now a few days later, I wanted to pick up a quad. So I call up my dealer and make the order, and he says he'll be by in 20 minutes. He comes over and I hand him 110 dollars, and he hands me the bag. I was pretty pleased with it, but it was VERY stemmy. The kind of stemmy where you know it took a lot of weight, and considering the biggest nug I got wasn't even big at all, I was kinda pissed off. All in all, it's best not to leave a dealer with a bag in his hand that he thought he was gonna sell.
I'm surprised you don't get kicked out when you do that. My friend didn't really get kicked out but he started seeing how well the piece sucked and put his mouth on it and sucked in like he was taking a hit. The guy that worked there was just like "Dude, don't put your mouth on the piece unless you're buying it". Luckily my friend bought it. The worst I've been scammed was actually just recently. I bought an ounce for 150 and they weighed it on their scale and it said 28grams. I figure, their scale is probably right and it looks like an ounce. I get to my house and use my scale, it only weights out to 20grams. I was so pissed.
I feel you bro. I'm sad to say I know some "dealers" (more like wanna-bes that are just looking to get their asses kicked) that will turn the scale on with weight already on it before the customer gets there (there scales automatically calibrate when they're turned on).
Yeah, an eighth weighs 3.5, a dime weighs 1.0-1.5. Quarter weighs 7g. Half O weighs 14. Full O weighs 28g. It's really not that hard. Then when I talked to them on the phone after I weighed it, I was saying how "I'm not a fucking idiot". After that I was just like, "Whatever, I won't buy from you again". She just said "OK" and that was that.
First time buying weed I had $75 to spend. So we finally find a guy to buy from, and when we get there (20-30 min. drive) he tells me someone took a bunch of his shit, but that he has $40 worth. So I give him the 40 and he gives me the weed. It was 4 dimes, not even good sized dimes. I didn't realize I had been fucked over at the time, but now I know. Not to mention each individual dime was tied extermely tight, so it took about 15 minutes to open each one. Bullshit.
^^^thats y u shuldnt buy weed in those regs bags (nick bags dime bags) it either is regs/mids or bricked always unless its freshly dank that just got put in there but most dealers who sell in those weigh it out then put it in for preparation to sell. and i dont know were ur from, but around here, if they were straight dimes (.5 exactly) then u dint actually get ripped off (4*.5= 2 grams=$40) u just didnt get "hooked up" at all (which is uncommon) but enuff preaching. yea i got ripped off last weekend i bought a quad from sum youngin which turned out to be 5.9 grams (weighed on friends scale.)
In the summer after grade 10 I had a broken ankle so I got back into Diablo 2. I had been playing for a week when I found someone I had played with for a couple years. He gave me a couple high runes to trade for some higher quality equipment, I was so excited. I made a few games and finally found someone who would trade me an Annihilus charm, it's dropped by the Diablo Clone I think. I was so fucking happy, the charm has +1 skill levels, and +1-10% to health and experience gained (or something). The only problem was that at this time the charm could not be traded through the trade window, they fixed this problem in a later patch. The guy explained that the way to trade that charm is for one person to go outside of town and one person to stay inside town. The 2 characters go to the same part of town with one person inside the fence and the other person outside the fence. At the same time they walk towards the entrance to the town, you can see each other because it is a straight walk. If one person runs off, you just run back and grab your item cause there's a wall there. Okay fine, I'm still sketch so we try with a few smaller trades. Everything goes fine so we go to do the Vex rune for the Annihilus charm. We start running then the motherfucker flashes and teleports to my rune, grabs it, teleports to his charm, grabs it, and leaves the game. I was ruined.
haha yeh i had the same thing this week, the dude tied it soo hard, i had to cut it open with scissors and find a new bag for the rest.
hahahahahahaha i love it. Man, i cant count the number of times i've been scammed on mmorpg's before. thats fuckin hilarious man, w/e, not like you lost anything in real life.
