what's the state of the law in Ontario right now?

    last i heard the goverment appealed it and had the dead line moved back.

    Basically the Supreme court said that the government had 30 days to make changes to Health Canada's medical marijuana system so that it was easily accessible for patients. If they did not make the changes within the time limit then i believe marijuana was going to be legalized in Ontarion. Health Canada extended the dead line at first but then they announced they were just going to start to create a new medical marijuana system in Canada. So far the changes they propose are all bullshit and are only going to hurt patients, but check them out.

    So basically nothing happened except for all the medical marijuana patients in Canada getting raped in the mouth by the government...
