I just moved here from D.C. a week ago and don't know anyone yet. The "why" is a long story and I'd usually have just used WeBeHigh.com as a reference, but apparently that's disappeared. I use cannabis for medical purposes and my stash just ran dry, so obviously I'll be needing more. My questions are what are decent prices here, for say, an eigth? Which strains can I expect to find? Is quality generally good? How bad of a city is it to be caught by the cops with it? Are fellow tokers usually cool enough to help you out? Thanks.
