    between unofficial and official threads?

    like i see some unofficial threads pinned and some official threads not. lol

    what makes them so?

    or is it as i suspect, up to the users discretion.

    People name a thread whatever they want, and if the thread ends up being pin worthy it gets pinned. Some of those happened to be named "official" or "unofficial"
