What's the deal with classic rock??

    I've always wanted to at least check it out, but everyone around where I live is into like rap and all that bullshit so I never get exposed to any classic rock. What are some good bands? Where should I start? I don't know anything about it but I would really like to :eek:

    A short list off the top of my head, that should keep you busy for a while.:)

    king crimson is progressive rock, but they are mind blowing.

    grunge is the way to go check out nirvana, mudhoney,the melvins, all kinds of good grunge bands i fucking love grunge def my fav rock

    this is a really good song, it was released after the death of kurt sometime in 2000 i think his voice is so powerful no one can match imo

    Nirvana's grunge, but they're awesome too, so is Pearl Jam

    and i respect yours :) to me grunge is classic rock cuz it def is a classic and i know its def not their best work, but its a damn good song and their last thats why I figured it would be cool to post that.
    and if you think about it its all rock n fucking roll at the end my friend classic or not

    90's rock is not "classic rock". I love Nirvana just as much as you but jus being real.

    This is classic rock my friend...maybe the best live performance ever.
