high cbd strains are great for stress reduction for people with anxiety, cancer prevention, and a laundry list full of other health benefits. There are some nice 1:1 cbd strains that give you a nice buzz

 

I grew a high CBD strain for "recreational" purposes.  When i smoked it there was a 'high', but I was still quite functional and it managed to take the edge off my anxiety.
 
I'm not diagnosed, I don't have a medical condition, I'm just kind of shy and anxious about life.  It was kind of a "smoke all day and still do stuff" weed rather than "smoke all day and can't do anything" kind of smoke.  Even though it might not sound very satisfying, actually I didn't feel like I wanted to get wrecked because of the beneficial effects, I could tell that it was 'potent' even though I didn't feed stoned, if that makes sense.  Not the same as when you get shit weed and even though you smoke loads of it you feel like it's a waste of time.

 

Try sweet tooth if you want cbd its not high its like 1.8% cbd but it does work im gonna grow cbd skunk haze as i do get pain and stuff so it will help with that but others have said it stress relife and a little cbd goes along way it would seem but you dont get stonned stonned i have a friend tgat would like high cbd low thc so he can function as he need the cbd more than the thc but both are have lots of medical properties.

So unless ys need it you prob dont need to grow a cbd strain tho do try barneys farm sweet tooth
