Cimetidine. It's whats in tagamet hb. I've taken 6 of them at a time and smoked. High does seem to last longer, not forever.

 

3 or 4 Robotussin Cough and Cold Gel Caps will have you hallucinating on top of a strong high. DXM interacts with weed alot.

I dont know about making you "higher" persay, but i know for a fact taking 1mg of xanax (half a bar) compliments herb like a good beer does a steak.

It basically takes away ALL your stress, so you dont get paranoid when you smoke. its not OTC but easy to find.
