*wears tinfoil hat* the GoVeRnMeNT maaaan!!!!!!!! Nah. I think its probably crashed and they haven't found it yet. It could have disintegrated on impact, and that means it could take years to find the crash site. Idk about terrorists even though evidence seems to point to it...im thinking more of an electrical malfunction.
It does seem odd, but I havent really payed much attention to it. I find it weirder that the media is so obsessed with it.
the media is absolutely obsessed over this issue to the point where its obvious that this incident is one a distraction and two an obvious ploy to get people afraid of them damn dirty terrorists again. There are so many other extremely important things going on in the world. We have a big flatscreen in our office lobby that plays CNN all day. and I swear by the big spaghetti monster in the sky that every time I passed that fucking screen the only story they were covering was that missing jet. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that the American/European Empires just got their asses handed to them by the Russian Empire and its pretty embarrassing to our dear leaders.
My dad was asking WTF would CNN have talked about for the last 2 weeks if that plane didn't crash. My response "some other distraction".
I'm actually interested in this. It's a pretty unprecedented event in aviation history even taking into account all the disappearances.
I think you are over-dramatizing the entire situation. TV News, especially 24 hour channels run the stories they feel will keep watchers. They do it for the ratings. Planes don't usually just disappear. No one has declared terrorism, although it is obvious that someone took the plane of course for unknown reasons. No ones ass has been handed to them. This shit happened under Eisenhower, Regean, and Bush. In the short term Ukraine lost Crimea. In the long term the EU just got all of the Ukraines support.
at least I've heard that fox noos channel took a break from the birther news alerts...and cnn isn't the one claiming god did it (another fox scoop I guess...)
