ok so i got 40 hours community service for possession a while ago. but on march 20th i broke my arm in two spots so have been inactive for a while, so im supposed to have the 40 hrs done by may 31st. what will happen to me if i fail to do so?
If they see your arm is broken they usually keep you locked in a prison until its healed. They will say you broke it to get out of community service. Good luck. Just kidding, just ask the judge or P/O.
Make an attempt to get the hours done and make sure you have records to prove your arm is really broken... i know cast and all but paper work talks. And most of the time they will either write off the hours you didnt do or give you more time.
