So first of all I know that my sproutlings are stretched (they were in a window seal for first 3-4 days) and yesterday and today were both very cloudy, so I rigged a little something up in my bathroom, (see image) so I could give them some light, they're under 3 60W 800-900Lumens Bulbs. Is this beneficial to my sproutlings? Is it a decent source of light to give them? I'm only using it when they can't be outside, which most of the time they will be,(Tomorrow is sunny allll day long). Now onto the Sproutling, as you can see (see image) the cotyledons are fine, but the first set of true leaves appear really small or weak? The seed coat/head did fall off (an accident) and had some green stuff in it. Anyone ever experience this? Also I planted in damp soil (I had to) I dried it some with a hairdryer, but anyway how can I check if the soil near the bottom is still moist? Oh and they're planted in MG soil starting potting mix. Potted the red solos 4 days ago and the Red and White cups 2-3 days ago. And I've only been giving them a few cap fulls of water a day, how much should I water them? Keep in mind I started in moist soil and I don't wanna overwater the roots on bottom. I know I'm maybe too precautious sorry, and Thank you all for reading I know it's a lot! I really appreciate ya!!
your lights are ok for seedlings but you could put them closer to the lights to stop the stretching, plus you could or should have added 30% perlite to your soil ,that way you wouldnt have to worry so about over watering .(perlite helps with drainage ,,so when you do pot then seedlings up in to bigger pots dont forget the perlite ,,,also you'l need a lot more light for when the plants or put in to flower on 12 hours light 12 hours dark ,,,as for now to late to add perlite so be careful with your watering ,,if plant get to leggy add soil around the stem but be careful net to water to close to the stems ,,,,luck with your grow ,,,mac..

I said it was only for like a day, I am growing them outside they're outside right now setup in a nice sun spot, and obviously I'm gonna transplant them so those two will only be in the transparent cups for a lil bit. And to answer another question yes I have drainage holes 4 in each cup but they're not too big, I feel as though they've helped more regulating airflow, but they could be used to drain. They're all in MG seed starter it has little NPK so when do you think I should add nutes to it? A week or 2? They've growing about 4-6 days now.
