I agree with the Northern Lights (NL) recommendation. Generally it's pretty potent, not too finicky to grow, indica-dominant so stays low. Also some pheno's have among the lowest odor while growing. It's not a very exotic strain, more like a mainstream, safe choice that still kicks ass.
thx for the advice. Those are what I had in mind. I might go with a mixture of both or NL first harvest.
don't know if odor is a problem for you, but skunk can absolutely reek. i grew some in a well insulated outdoor building and you could smell it several yards away with the building locked up tight. just started a NL grow so we'll see how that goes.
