If you just went up to the president, or the head of the DEA or any type of congressional person or senator, and asked them "Why is marijauna still illegal?" what do you think they would say? I can understand why some people don't want to legalize all drugs, but it doesn't seem like there are any factual, or even logical reasons why weed is still illegal in this day and age?
