Wow, just wow. I think people back then pretty much believed anything a "higher authority" said, in this case even the police. That's some crazy shit.
to make it legal i think three things need to happen 1)people need to stop being such pussies and advocate 2)politicians need to stop being such pussies and not care what the other politicians think about them (but alas, that is politics) this especially applies to the state govts. 3)Law enforcement officers need to step up and speak about what they have experienced with cannabis (real world) until all three of those things happen cannabis will remain illegal
