Music is changing so much and im my opinion getting worse so what do you think the popular music will be like in 20-30 years
I disagree that music is getting worse. In fact there is far higher quality of music available across the board because of the access we now have through the digital file and the Internet. The problem is with the size of mass media and the various platforms chosen to promote music. The mass media approach is not really about what is good for society, but rather it's all tied into sales and the generation of the all mighty dollar. That aspect has changed more than any other category in the entertainment environment and is one of the main causes of why so many people think music is getting worse. There is much more going on below the surface. There is one word that carries mighty power....REPETITION. It bolsters, conditions and kills all at the same time.
