What type of grinder?

    Well my beloved sharpstone got stolen from my house this past weekend during a party, this led to my current predicament. I've been using 4 piece grinders for awhile but I have been thinking about jsut getting a two piece, especially since I have a stash box with a great screen....Which type do you think works better?
