So i finally got a job interview at six flags. I have an interview this Tuesday and i was wondering what kind of questions should i expect?
Depends. What position are you applying for? Most employers are looking for enthusiasm in someone who is honest, trainable, dependable, presentable. You take it from there.
if youre entry level and not making much above minimum wage they basically just look over your resume, talk long enough to see you arent a shithead, and ask about your availability. something like six flags is probabaly a little more involved though, depending on the position anyway. might ask about your people skills and mechanical aptitude.
Ive heard some people get asked weird psychological questions like "if you were a fruit, what fruit would you be?"
Why did you leave your last job Tell me (x) reasons I should hire you (usually 3) Tell me one time you went above and beyond expectations in helping a customer.. these questions seem to come up in just about any interview..
They just ask some questions about who you are and what kind of worker you are. Random stuff to see why you should or should not be hired. Thinking of a few things to say beforehand is helpful. Reasons you can help the company, what sets you apart from others, times in the past you've had difficulties and how you overcame them. Try not to answer in vague terms, "team-player", "hard worker" etc.
There's this website called glassdoor where you can read interview/job experiences at specific companies. http://www.glassdoor.com/Salary/Six-Flags-Salaries-E6021.htm I also have a job interview tomorrow. I'm already sweating.. 😓😓 Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
I successfully interviewed for a job about a week ago and it was very relaxed. The guy asked me about myself and what I like to do in my free time. If you're working a register they'll ask you a math question most likely. He asked why I'm better for the job than others. Then I mentioned my hot friend who works there and we talked about her ass for five minutes. Job!
