What to Buy in New Zealand.

  1. I have looked at some of what's available in other countries and most of it is not available here. What's here is in limited numbers, with many of the shops busted in the past. For selling equipment and information about what to do. Which has always been enough to put me off buying anything online from them.
But I've found someone trying to resell what they had intended to grow with and it's virtually half price! I'm thinking about grabbing it once they become address verified and that hopefully removes the risk of being ripped off. Plus the poor bugger has got cancer and probably could do with the money. So I doubt someone in that situation would try to do anything dodgey.
Apart from nutrients, pots, soil and a timer. What else should I look at getting if/when I got this?

    HOMEBOX GROW TENT 100cm x 100cm x 200cm. - sella Online Auctions & Classifieds | New Zealand

It's become virtually impossible to buy dank and I have issues with supporting the black market. Plus it's impossible to get any of the strains that make the best medication. With the best appearing to be the low thc and high cbd strains. I have never heard of it being grown in this country and the black market caters for recreational users. I don't know how much I would get from that sized tent, but I'm only using a small amount too.

As always, thank you for all advice. I've noticed several tents on the most popular auction website. But they have always been removed well before the auction would have ended.

  2. Have you tried Switched on Gardener? I'm not a grower myself but they seem to pretty much be where it's at for growing supplies in NZ.

  3. They are the ones who got busted and almost shut down. I find it difficult to believe that no one will be watching and taking notice. I would like to think that they would only be interested in those getting a large amount of gear. But I'm finding that difficult to believe also. Which is why I'm excited about finding Joe Blogs. Wanting to get rid of his new and unused setup. At half the price of what it cost him from SOG and the like. IMO a little paranoia can be a healthy thing, especially with the draconian consequences here.

  4. I just had another look and noticed the comments made by others. Are these people unaware that most know they are talking shyte and its obvious they're trying to take advantage of the seller? I know there are some dense mullets out there, but why do they bother? They must think that everyone is thick and oblivious to the fact they're thicker.

  5. I must say that I'm disappointed by the lack posts on this thread. Online forums used to be such a great place to be, but now I'm wondering. If the wise have gone quiet and all that's left are the wanting.
