    Hi! So im kinda worried...
It's orange and fills in on the little bottle and the water that's inside it... could it be resin build up? I clean it but it's constantly coming back. It doesn't look like very much like resin though... More alarming to me is that I made this yesterday and I've only used it like 6 times... I've made g"water pipes" before and ive never seen this kind of build up (it doesn't look like resin usually does). I also have a metal "water pipe" that does the same thing recently. I've noticed it happening for about a month now... any help would be appreciated :)

  2. Looks like what my resin build up looks like when I use a screen.

A very fine layer of almost brown.

Not 100% sure though. Perhaps make another if you're worried.

  3. Looks like resin buildup, but it's weird that it's so concentrated right there. I would expect to see it everywhere, not just near the spout.

And feel free to say bong man

  4. Don't you get a plastic taste smoking out of that? Also, heat breaks down plastic so smoking out of it isn't the healthiest of methods.

Perhaps finding a $20 binger would be well worth the investment? Just my 2 cents - best of luck in your blazing endeavors ;)

  5. From the closeup pic I can't tell if your bong is a plastic or glass bottle. But, if you look at most cheap bottles that haven't been made into bongs, you'll see that due to the manufacturing process, the neck of the bottle is a bit warped and layered on the inside. It ends up getting a bit thicker in parts and isn't a smooth surface like the outside. It looks like the resin is just getting trapped into that area due to the warping/layering, instead of being evenly distributed (and much harder to see) on a smooth surface (the body of the bottle). I wouldn't worry about it.

  6. Thanks for the help everyone! I just wanted to make sure cause I know plastic isn't very safe. Guess I've just never paid much attention to it building up before
Also, when I use the gbong It doesnt taste like plastic, at least that I've noticed... it tastes like regular smoke but more concentrated.
