What temp waterfor bubble bucket

  1. I made a home made bubble bucket for one of my plants I transplanted it from soil to hydro with little shock has been growing a lot just wonder what temperature the water should be for hydro this is my first attempt. Thanks

  2. Everyone bangs on about keeping the temps low but mine are around 22'c and I have never had any problems. In the summer it climbed to 24'c which if I'm honest I wasn't thrilled about but I still didn't have any problems. I think about 18'c is ideal but as long as your pushing enough air through the water I wouldn't worry too much
     
  3. Depending on the size of the pump involved you may consider opting for a larger pump, as the larger the pump actually warms the water,...saving on additional heating costs ...lol
     
    18c-24c is ideal, any lower will stifle growth, any higher may cause a bacterium imbalance ...don't forget guys theres more 02 in cooler waters....ask any fish ....lol
