I know a punch, kick, throw, etc. is about momentum. What is the style of Martial Arts that trains you to use that momentum against themselves, but just deflecting, or reflecting them into a different direction? I would do it myself, but I'm sure most of you are better Googlameiser's than I am. Also, I'm really baked, watching tv, and eating Gen. Tso's chicken.
actually most forms of martial arts incorporate this ideal to some degree. but weebie is right, aikido is most famously known for that. Aikido has some sick joint-locking techniques as well
