What Strains Were Most Prevalent In The 60S And 70S?

Discussion in 'Marijuana Consumption Q&A' started by TokeWithPassion, May 30, 2013.

  1. Which strains were the most popular out there in america?

  2. Acapulco Gold is one I know right off the bat, I forget what some others were.

  3. From what I've read, the ancestors of today's haze strains were developed in California in the late 70s. But I always just assumed that people only really cared about strains starting in the 90s-ish, before that it was either "good shit" or "bad shit"

  4. I wasn't around during that time but I've heard of Alcapulco Gold and a lot of Thai's.

I would love to hear some older people on GC talk about the weed back then.

  5. Friend of mines dad always talks about lambs breath. I've had it a couple times. Just ok strain
