What strains for my medical issues?

I am looking to start a small personal grow cab because buying is expensive, and always a different kind.

I've got lots of issues with my muscles twitching, tightening, not releasing, etc. I was on a high dose of muscle relaxers but haven't made it back to my doctor to get any more, and the doctor said that if flexeril does not help me, then I'll have to take a muscle relaxer that is prescribed to parkinson's patients so that they can sleep. I really want to avoid that because MMJ is so much better.

I figure some kind of indica is great for those kinds of issues, but dunno what would be best.


ALSO, I have several mental issues such as severe anxiety that can make me physically ill to the point that I cannot hold a job. I get irritable and frustrated easy. I have been on Zoloft for about a year, and I can't stand it. I was at the max 200mg dosage, but tanked it back to 150. My goal is to totally ween off of it if I have a good MMJ strain to assist me in those areas.

When I do have green, my head calms down a lot, but the main thing that I haven't had much luck getting rid of is shutting my head up. I get a million thoughts per minute, and it keeps me up all night, most nights.


I'm looking to grow maybe 3 or 4 different strains, any ideas what would work best?

 

I recently had some LA Cheese and loved it, so I have been leaning towards a cheese, but theres so many I dunno what to look more into.

Is grandaddy purps a good one for things like that? I had that once years ago and was blown away, and would be awesome to grow... but I am going medical so I want to get the proper most useful strains


edit: Anyone have any experiences with Ice Bomb? Sounds like it's a good one for the symptoms as well as the growing.

 

I've seen that, has a lot of strains I haven't really heard of. Romulan sounds like a really good one though, I'll look into that. I really like this part:

I doubt I have MS, but my muscle spasms are pretty terrible. I've been wanting to work with edibles a lot more once I can grow. I've had super silver haze, but honestly can't remember it

I'll have to check that out. I have a really good friend that was Navy Corpsman over there. Ive heard some of the stories, and can't believe he's lived through that. So I've got the utmost respect for PTSD, thank you . I'll also pass the recommendation to him.
