What strain should I get?

  1. I am a begginer grower. I was trying to decide what strain I should start with. What would be the easiest for me to grow? Also it can't be a very tall plant I only have 30" tall grow box and I have to fit lights in there also.

Give me some ideas ask or ask me some questions to narrow down ideas for strains.

Well thanks for the future help.

  2. Well the most common strain for a small grow box, and that will be small after lights and plant containers, is lowryder. Have you also looked in to LST or SOG?

  3. Ya I was thinking about going with SOG. I can not make much sense out of LST unless someone could explain it to me.

If I do go with LST or SOG could I use any strain? If so I have heard that sour diesel is excellent.

  4. Yes, you can use mostly any strain for LST or SOG. LST stands for low stress training. You basically tie your taller branches down to make an even canapy on top so you have more top buds, and the top buds are always the best. I have never grown sour diesel, but have smoked some that I got from a medical shop and it was some very powerful stuff. One of my favorites.

  5. Ok so you recommend that strain then? I am just growing a little personal stash. I have always got schwagg, that is all you can get in our tiny little town, so I am not used to super strong stuff. But I think I would like the surprise haha.

  6. It depends on what your budget is. Sour Diesel seeds are going to be expensive, and sometimes for your first grow it's better to get cheaper seeds in case you mess up. You can find some cheaper seeds that will still produce pretty good chronic, and will definitely blow your mind if you usually smoke shwagg.

  7. Ok my budget is fairly high. I am not buying anything while I am growing so all my cash is going toward this grow.

I am a experienced grower but not of marijuana. I have been growing gardens outside for a while. But growing inside in a small space is something totally new for me.
