I was wondering if someone could help me choose what soil I should get from the Home Depot store in my area?? Please and thank you
Why have one soul when you can have them all? Mwhahahahah! ...but check out the " Ready to grow bagged soil" thread in this section for suggestions. Gardener and Bloome is widely available.
The best thing Home Depot has is Steer/Cow compost. I think it's a 40 pound bag for $1.47. Everything else there is crap.
Kellog's patio plus all natural is a product from Gardner & Bloom and is their only soil I would consider using after amending.... It's so easy to get some Canadian Peat Moss, perlite and a quality compost/ewc from a local source and amend with 4-5 good meals... Even with a good ready mixed soil, you do not know what the quantities/quality of meal/compost etc, is in the bag. When you mix your own you know for sure.....
