It's a 18mm to 14mm low profile downstem, sitting in a 18mm female joint. So you will need an 18mm keck clip to hold it into place.

No need for a metal one... I think you want the 19/22mm ones, have never seen them listed as two sizes before... but I guess that makes sense. I always just consider them 14mm or 18mm. If you get the 14/20 you will only be able to hold your bowl and downstem together, which you don't want.
